From humble beginnings come beautiful things.

Hi, I'm Sarah, founder of Equilure. 👋

My journey into the world of natural skincare began several years ago when I was diagnosed with MS. Whilst exploring ways in which I could help to slow progression of the disease, I sought to understand how to best support my own health through diet and lifestyle changes. This resulted in me seeking out natural alternatives to conventional skincare products and eventually experimenting with creating my own skincare and makeup totally from scratch, using nothing but natural ingredients.

The results blew me away. Within just a few weeks, my skin transformed—oil production was balanced, and the mild acne that would pop up from time to time ceased to reappear. Additionally, the eye irritation I had long attributed to hay fever, cleared up and never returned. 

After receiving compliments on my 'new' skin, a thought sparked: perhaps I was onto something special. And so, Equilure was born. 

Equilure, a blend of "equine" and "allure," is a reflection of my love for horses. Each product is handmade in small batches, ensuring quality and care goes in every product. Additionally, I am committed to using eco-friendly packaging and minimising plastic wherever possible, as I believe that nurturing our skin should not come at the expense of our beautiful planet.

To my core, I believe in each persons potential. Beauty stems far beyond what the eye can see. Mainstream beauty is on a path I struggle to resonate with, instead I believe that each and every person should look and feel the absolute best they can; no comparisons, no unrealistic and unachievable standards, just you being the most wonderful, healthiest & happiest version of yourself.
