CHANGE OF MIND
For hygienic reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept change of mind returns on any of our products.
Sample sizes are available to purchase in all shade specific products before committing to a full size product.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at support@equilure.com.au with your order number and any supporting information and we will look to rectify the issue immediately. 
FAULTY GOODS 
If you believe that an Equilure product you have received is faulty or something is not quite right, please email us at support@equilure.com.au 
Should an Equilure product be deemed faulty, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement - whichever you prefer.
